RELA FBD Fluid Bed Dryer is suitable for drying granulate material with diameter from 0.1-6mm or powder in Pharmaceutical Industry, Foodstuff Industry, Spice Industry, Chemical Industry, etc. It is normally used as a dryer in the production line after granulator machine such as Screw Extruding Machine, Oscillating Granulator, Rapid Mixer Granulator, etc.

Working principle
RELA FBD Fluid Bed Dryer consists of Air Filter Unit, Heating Unit, Product Container, Pocket Filter, Piping, Fan, etc. 
The heated and purified air is sucked into the container where product is fluidized on and above the screen plate under the action of stirring and negative pressure. Moisture in the material is evaporated quickly and removed through the pipe.
