Working principle:
The vibration force is generated by the vibration motor throwing, and the material jumps forward under the action of the excited vibration force in a given direction. Meanwhile, the hot air input under the bed keeps the material in a fluidized state, and the material particles fully contact with the hot air, so as to achieve the ideal effect. The material enters the machine from the material inlet. Under the action of vibration power, the material is continuously moving forward along the horizontal direction. The hot air moves up through the fluidized bed and the wet material for heat exchange. After dust removal by the cyclone separator, the wet air is discharged by the air outlet, and the dry material is discharged by the discharge port.

1. All of our vibration fluidized bed dryer, vibration fluidized bed drying equipment should been cleanned first, then packaged with the transparent coating, next it will been shipped into the marine container with steel wire fixing.
2. Some of the over-size drying machine, we will choose the flat rack container.
3. First the drying machines are transported by land to China's maritime ports, then shipped and delivery, and final the containers are shipped to the customer's designated port of arrival.
